Use ACILS After Your Name
As an Associate Member, you are entitled to use the post-nominal letters ACILS — a globally recognised mark of professional credibility in Lean Six Sigma.
Eligibility Criteria
You must meet the following requirements to apply for Associate Membership.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner Certification (max 80 CPD pts)
OR Evidence of a Degree / professional qualification with minimum 80 hrs of LSS coursework
Completion of any Bachelors Degree (max 10 CPD pts)
OR Completion of a recognised Professional Qualification (e.g. Chartered Accountant, Chartered Marketer)
Minimum 3 years of general work experience (max 10 CPD pts)
OR Minimum 1 year of work experience in a role practising Lean Six Sigma
Minimum 100 CPD units total across all categories
CPD Requirements
Associate Membership applicants must provide evidence for a minimum of 100 CPD units. You must include at least one item from Group A, one from Group B, and one from Group C. Items 1–2 are Group A · Items 3–4 are Group B · Items 5–6 are Group C · Items 7–10 are optional additional CPD.
