Eligibility Criteria
- Open to organisations of all sizes across all sectors
- Must demonstrate an active, structured Lean Six Sigma deployment programme
- Evidence of measurable outcomes and financial impact is required
- Submissions must be authorised by a senior leader (e.g. Director or above)
- The programme must have been active for a minimum of 12 months
